I am a big fan of this space. It is the perfect medium sized studio space that Knoxville really needed. Parking and load in/out was easy. I really enjoyed having a green room right off of the studio that my clients could use. I really look forward to the next shoot in this space.

  • Light hits different here. Four large south-facing window bays flood the space in natural light during the day.

    Filtered glass provides a warm, diffused glow. Blackout shades offer additional control.

    Plus, each booking has access to our light kit, including an Amaran 300c full spectrum light, and two Lume Cube Panel Lights.

  • Your blank canvas. A 20’×20’ cyc wall offers ample space for high-key photography, ideal for fashion, commercial, and product shoots.

  • Everything you need to execute your shoot seamlessly.

    An included green room with full-length mirror, hair and makeup area, and vanity lights provides privacy and efficiency for multi-look shoots.

    An attached kitchen with a dedicated fridge, sink, oven, and counter space provides plenty of room for catered provisions. Great for half and full day shoots.

  • Character-rich textures add depth to every shot, including a vaulted ceiling, stage, arched doorways, windows, and functional pendant lights and sconces.

  • Two separate restrooms (downstairs) provide extra privacy and changing-space for shoots that require a team.

  • Centrally located and safely nestled in the historic Fourth and Gill Neighborhood (800 Luttrell St.).

    Walking distance to Partial Coffee, Yeehaw Brewery, and quick drive to many eateries and Three Rivers Market.

  • Our south-facings windows receive full sun from (just about) sun-up to sun-down, with the intensity peaking around 2-4 pm.

    The diffused glass is slightly tinted on the warm side, providing an even wash of light even on cloudy days.

  • We currently have one Amaran 300c RBG Moonlight, plus two Lume Cube LED Panel Lights available for use with your booking for free.

    We are currently building out our library of studio props and backdrops. Currently we have various chairs, several seamless, a couch, and side tables. Wondering if we have something specific? Shoot us a message below.

    We’d love to hear what in-house equipment you’d like to see for future shoots.

  • There is ample free street-level parking, or you can utilize the small lot that is catty-corner to the building.

  • Guests can utilize the green room (adjacent to studio) or two restrooms (downstairs) for changing, hair and makeup, etc.

    The green room offers a full length mirror and a hair and makeup area with vanity lights.

  • The wall will always be white and shoot-ready upon booking. If you need to paint the wall a specific color, please contact us for details and pricing at hello@sundaystudiosknoxville.com

  • Although Sunday Studios is not designed as a perfect sound stage, it is suitable for professional video shoots. The large open space absorbs sound well, and the building is surrounded by generally quiet residential streets.

  • Our historic church building is not wheel-chair accessible.

    About 12 steps lead up to the front doors, where you will walk into a flat, single-level studio (aside from the restrooms downstairs).
